Unfortunately, there are some problems with one of the new communication 
lines in the new datacenter. Techicians from both my web presence provider, 
and the communications company, is working on the issue. Hopefully it will be 
resolved dorung the evening.
Until then, you may experience problems accessing www.webtender.com from 
certain ISPs and networks. I apologize, but these problems are out of my, and 
partly my provider's, control.
