I got back from a two week vacation (without access to the web, but plenty of 
lazy days in the sun and good food) late last Sunday and have spent the past 
week and this weekend catching up on e-mail and nearly 1500(!!) messages in 
the forums. 

I hope this explains why I haven't been able to react to some of the rather 
abusive messages posted in some of the forums. Some of these messages have 
been removed now as they disclosed personal details about forum members (even 
if the info is public doesn't mean it's okay to re-publish it) and some 
because they were waaaay off topic and simply noise.

As for adding more moderators to the forums, I don't wish to go down that road 
quite yet. Instead I will make it easier to report abuse in the forums so I 
can intervene quicker if somethings happen and I'm not watching the forums. I 
might also ask for one or more "depudy" moderators when I'm away on vacation 
or travelling.

I've also received reports that forum members have been receiving very 
offensive e-mails from other forum members in addition to flames in the 
forums. If this happen or has happened to you, please forward the entire 
messages including full headers to me at abuse[at]webtender.com so I can look
