Thanks DrinkBoy, That's a pretty comprehensive answer! I assume world wide 
you'd recieve bitters and sugar topped with Champagne, must just be us 
ignorant, "drink to get drunk" Brits who add the Cognac! I may go have some 
fun ordering a Muharajas burrah peg from some "I know everything there is to 
know about cocktails" bartenders though!!!! Warning to non-UK drinkers, ask 
for the Cognac to be ommited if you like your Classic Champagne Cocktail to be 
"Classic" in the true sense of the word!!! RP
