Hello everyone, I've been lingering around here for quite some time, decided 
that I'd finally take some initiative in my (hopfully) bar career and try to 
emearce (I'm a horrible speller) myself in the culture, the name's Alex, those 
who I spend time with call me Al, and that's the masculine form if you were 
wondering (although some of my past relations would disagree)
Anyways on to the question, a little over a year ago I took a bartending 
course, no real reason but as something to do as I took a year off school to 
get some money in my pocket and clear the ol' noggin, anyways I loved it, and 
afterwards attempted, poorly, to find a job at a local watering hole, 
unsucessfull, ended up as a dock worker at a shipping agency. I'm currently 
entering my fourth year of employment at the city's Concert Hall, currently as 
a Barback, I have bartended there a couple of times, as well as at a job I 
used to have at a playhouse, I am currently attempting to re-vamp the resume 
to try to find a bartending job, and I was wondering if anybody has any tips, 
I understand I'll probably start off as a barback, but I have a history of 
climbing a ladder quite fast, and am a real people person, so if anyone has 
any resume or interview tips I'd love to hear them, plus any thoughts on call 
backs, when does it become too much?
