Although the forums have been free of banner ads for about a year,
I have decided to test a new banner system here for a while. As 
you can see these are ads for variuos bar-related products sold
at Amazon.com.

What's special about these banners is that they are generated 
automatically using Amazon's new SOAP web services. Products that
have high sales ranks and/or many good user reviews are displayed 
more often, and if a product go out of stock it's banner is also
removed.  I'm pretty excited about these new services from Amazon,
which is why I'm testing them by creating these banners.

Feedback, for instance on how to improve the banners, is welcome.
If you'd like to know more about how this is done, let me know.
