New software for the forum was installed this evening. This is the first
release version of the iForum software and should hopefully be without
any bugs.
New features in this version include:
 * Users can set their timezone to have all timestamps
   displayed in their own local time.
 * Users can store a personal signature that will be
   included in all messages.
 * Minor changes in the interface to make it work better with
   Miscrosoft Internet Explorer.
