They use authorize.net to handle credit card payments when you click
on the Checkout button. They provide a secure service (HTTP/SSL just 
like most other web shops).

No. They are mainly focused on the U.S. market, so I buy most my bar gear
from Norwegian stores. But I have not heard anything negative about them
from people I have takled to.
