After a small update today the forum now require that new users to
have a name/nickname that is at least 5 characters long.
For existing the name/nickname must be at least 4 characters long. This
is only enforced when/if you update your profile.
The reason for this "policy" change is that there are now a lot of
users with the same short name/nickname. Longer names make it less
likely that people pick the same nickname.
If you encounter problems as a result of this, please let me know.
