Just before 5 am eastern time today, someone that appears to 
be a Cox Communications customer in Nevada started mirroring/
copying the entire Webtender web site using the program 
"WebStripper".

Unfortunately, this program or user does not behave very well,
and the result was that The Webtender was unavailable or extremely
slow for about an hour (before I could block the user's access
to the server).

Needless to say, I do not appreciate this behaviour. First of all,
mirroring/copying a web site without knowing exactly what you do
is not a good idea because of the effects it can have on the server.
And more important, I think it is extremely rude just to "steal"
all the content of a web site without asking for permission first.

Luckily, the majority of users behave well. Just too bad a there 
are always someone who cause problems.
