Network problems, mainly at MAE East (major interconnect point on the US east 
coast) has caused slow access to The Webtender the last couple of weeks.

If you feel that things are running too slow, please send me an e-mail and 
tell me. Include what dialup provider you are using, your current IP address 
and traceroute information if available.

To generate traceroute information: 
 * in a DOS window, do "tracert webtender.com"
 * on UNIX do "traceroute webtender.com"

Include the output in the e-mail message.
