So you read too many books, huh?

Oh well!

Depending on the standards of your bar (i.e. does it use real 'fresh lemon & 
lime juice' or does it use 'sweet n sour mix') this should dictate what kind 
of drinks you should learn. If you are using fresh ingredients, then click on 
my link at the bottom of my message. If you are using 'sweet n sour' mix then 
I can not help.
