way i was taught:
-fill tall glass with ice
-2 counts (half ounce) each of: Vodka, Gin, Rum, Tequila, Triple Sec, fill
with sour mix (i like to add a little water here to take the edge off the
sour), SHAKE...couple splashes of cola, garnish with lemon, and serve...i've
had someone complain that i didn't ROLL the drink into a mixing tin after
adding cola, but she drank the whole thing anyway...so i'm assuming some
bartenders roll their LI Teas...i don't, cause i'm lazy...let them mix and
stir the ingredients as they please...
"Top Shelf" means high quality...Cointreau could be considered "top shelf"
triple sec...you will pay more for "top shelf" liquors and spirits...
