Short answer: 

Unopened - everything keeps indefinately. Really.

Opened but capped :
- All spirits are fine forever - Mkay?
- Baileys is OK until it's actually lumpy. Cheaper imitations may require a 
taste test if you see seperation or oiliness.
- Some sweeter liqueurs like Midori may lose their edge subtly in six months 
to years, but only in a direct comparison.
- Most liquers are fine for years and years!
- Vermouth, Sherry, Port & similar get somewhat musty or lose their body after 
a few months. Some folk will say less or more.

They are all SAFE for as long as you want.
