Kurant Collins

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Absolut Kurant
• 1 oz Lemon juice
• 1 tsp Powdered sugar
• 3 oz Club soda

Mixing instructions:

In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the Absolut Kurant, lemon juice, and sugar. Shake well. Strain into a collins glass alomst filled with ice cubes. Add the club soda.

Like a Tom Collins with Absolut Kurant instead of Gin. Very nice.
