Cut the the lime into 8 wedges and place in an old-fashioned glass. Sprinkle with granulated white sugar and crush together. Fill with crushed ice, add tequila. Serve with two small straws.
I'm a bartender in a mexican restaurant in Lisbon, Portugal. I needed to use all the tequilas we've got so I created this mexican version of Caïpirinha. Enjoy it.
