Ingredients:

• 10 cl Sugar
• 5 cl Water
• 1 Egg (with shell)
• Lime or lemon (with skin)
• 16 cl Gin or vodka

Mixing instructions:

Mix everything except the liquor with ice, strain it to remove the shell and skin, blend with liquor.

This is for 4 cocktails. If you use lime take two, else use one lemon or orange, for instance.
