Many years ago I bought a bottle of 43 after having fallen in love with this 
drink while in Spain. It came with a small recipe book attached to the bottle. 
We tried and enjoyed (many times) some version of a Pina Colada that came with 
it. Unfortunately, it's been a few years and now I cannot find the recipe or 
remember it. The only ingredients that I remember are 43, pineapple juice, 
coconut cream and rum (I think). If you have the original recipe or something 
very close, I would appreciate you sharing it with me.
