Huh, sounds awesome. My take would be this:
roast 1 lemon, slice it at the navel, cut one wheel off and set it aside, rub
the face of the lemon on the rim of a bucket glass, run wet rim in a dish with
salt and fresh cracked black pepper.
In a mixing pint with ice build-
1/2 shot El Maguey San Luis Del Rio
1/2 shot Sauza Blue (Cazadores if you want it a little nicer)
1/2 shot Dolin Genepy des Alpes
(if the drink was semi sweet add a 1/2 shot of triple sec, add a 1/2 shot of
simple syrup if it was sweet)
Juice of one roasted lemon
Shake until condensation forms, pour into bucket glass, top with ice, garnish
with wheel of roasted lemon
That is a safe place to start, from there I'd tweak it around the 1 roasted
lemon unit unless it is too acidic in which case I'd go for a 1/2 lemon unit.
Of course all the ingredients I listed can be substituted for liquors you more
prefer but the ones listed would be my go-to's.
I'll have to try this out next time I get a chance.
