Raspberry Collins.
My Version.
50ml Appleton VX Rum,
20ml Fresh Lime Juice,
10ml Passionfruit Syrup,
15ml Raspberry Puree.
Shake with ice, and then strain into an ice-filled tall glass; Garnish with a
Lime wedge and two raspberries.
