50ml Germana Cachaca,
25ml Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice,
15ml Gomme Syrup,
2 Dashes of Orange Bitters,
10ml Eggwhite.

Shake with ice, and then strain into an ice-filled rocks glass; Garnish with a 
lemon twist.
