Joe, who is this "you" character?  Firstly, it seems as if you're writing this 
letter to a bunch of bar owners and unfortunately for you the majority of 
tenders on this website do not own bars.  Secondly, I got the jist that this 
"you" character are tenders that did not go to bartending school.  A few of 
the most recognized tenders on this website did, in fact, go to tending school 
so not everyone on this site is here to bash tending schools.  So, who exactly 
are you addressing this letter to?
