Ingredients:

• 1/2 oz Amaretto
• 1 1/2 oz Southern Comfort
• 1 oz Pineapple juice

Mixing instructions:

Shake over ice, strain.

This is for the May 1999 class of Texas Tech University. Don't use too much Amaretto- makes it taste pretty funky.
