There is not universal a standard ,different schools may have a standard way 
they teach their students and frahchises may have a standad for their bars but 
 it's what ever works for you and the people you work with. It's a good idea 
to group the liquor by type i.e. all vodka, all rum ect. so the cumstomer can 
see what you have easliy.Also  The general the more expensive brands go on the 
higher shevels,(hence the term "top shelf". What ever you use most should be 
teh easiest to get to .
