      Cindy,

I usually group my liquor by most used closest to the station, easiest to
reach, as I move away from the station I group them as vodkas, gin, imported
liquer, blends, etc. I have two mirrored, round towers. One behind and to the
center fo the bar at each station. The service station has most of the
frequently used items. The second station has the bourbons and more obscure
liquers, between them I have a display of single malt scotch (22) directly
behind the bartenders in each station are the standard most used,
tanqueray,stoly,daniels,turkey,chivas,bacardi,7,vo, etc. all my domestic
liquers are in a speed rack in front of the sinks between each well. A double
speed rack well is duplicated in each well.

      Hope this helps.

          Fillup.
