You need a paperback book called,"The Official Harrvard Student Agencies
Bartending Course." $10.00. By Harvard Student Agencies Inc.
There first is a diagram showing a setup for a SELF-SERVICE BAR and a ONE
PERSON BAR. service-bar.
Put the Extra Mix in the right hand and left hand top corners.
Then in front of those put a row starting with napkins and ending with napkins.
I ran out of typing room but the bourbon comes after the vodka all on the same
row.
In front of that centered as shown is your water and garnishes.
In the front of those in the bottom left and right are your Mix towel and
glasses.
Then in front of that I pressume on the floor or in a sink is the ice and in
front of that is a place for trash.
Top of table "face label of bottles towards the bottom of the table or
towards bottom of page.

There is another set up for a one person bar (quite different) and another
diagram for a two person bar.
The SHOW means you face these bottles away from bartender. These bottles are
SHOW can be used as backup.
