This is not a dip and has no kool whip but you might like this.

cover one pound shredded coconut  with  1  qt heavy cream and boil on low heat 
until mixture foams for 30 seconds, strain liquid pour into 12 x 8 in dish
add 6 oz kahlua  ,refrederate for 4 hours

after 4 hours the mixture will seperate into two layers discard the liquid 
layer and  shape the remainder in ball or bars and roll in toasted almond 
slices.

serve it in the same manner as a chesse ball , or cheese with crackers
