Black Fog

Ingredients:
1 can Guinness stout
1 shot Chambord raspberry liqueur
Mixing instructions:
Pour the Chambord in to a mug of Guinness. Swirl slightly to mix.

Creator/contributor's comments:
This always reminds me of some sort of chocolate raspberry desert. If you
enjoy a good stout, you'll probably love this!

-----------------

Flaming Yager

Ingredients:
1 shot Jagermeister
1 glass Guinness stout

Mixing instructions:
Light the Jagermeister on fire and drop it in the glass of Guinness. Now pound
it quick. There you go!

------------------

Juicy Guiness Premier

Ingredients:
1 shot Blue Curacao
1 shot Taboo
1 shot Vodka (Absolut)
1/2 pint Guinness stout

Fill With Carling Premier Lager
Mixing instructions:
Mix in the shots of Blue Curacao, Taboo and Vodka. Then add the Guiness to the
spirits up to 3cm below the rim of the pint glass. Allow the Guiness to settle
before adding the Carling Premier. Allow to settle again before consuming.

Creator/contributor's comments:
A brilliantly fantastic concoction developed in Chamberlain Hall bar over the
term of 98/99. Has to be poured correctly to taste nice otherwise the Premier
takes the taste away. It does taste of shit to start with but it does get
better as you reach the half pint mark. Also makes your mouth very blue...
Rakish!!! Pilgrim says it's the way forward.

Paddy's Caffeine

Ingredients:
1 shot Tia maria
1 pint Guinness stout
Mixing instructions:
Make sure you put in Tia Maria first (Before Guinness has settled and before
you "head" it) as otherwise you will mess-up a perfectly well-settled pint

Creator/contributor's comments:
The common Irish Porter drinker came back from France after a long affair with
their rich coffee. Unable to decide between his two loves-Guinness or coffee
he came up with a delicious compromise.

----------------------

I like a shot of butterscotch schnapps and Guinness and a shot of Kahlua to
the Guinness.

If I find more recipes i will post them on this forum.
