Here's some recipe's for Canadian blended whiskey.Even thoughLord Calvert is
bottled in the US and is named for the first govenor of Maryland,it's still a
Canadian whiskey.
ALl of them are mixed over ice and shaken then served in a coctail glass
except the Vancouver which is served in in wine glass.
Maple leaf:1 0z canadian,1/4 oz lemon juice,1 tsp maple syrup
Canadian cocktai: 1 1/2 oz canadian,1/2 oz triple sec,1 tsp sugar,2 dashes
bitters
Bent nail: 1 1/2 oz canadain,1/2 oz Drambuie,1 tsp kirsch
Quebec cocktail: 1 1/2 oz canadian, 1/2 oz each Amer Picon, dry vermouth,
cherry liqueur
Vancouver Cocktail: 2 oz canadian, 1 oz Dubonnet(rouge),2 tsp lemon
