Actually, I use both.  At one bar I work at, we have both the schnapps and the 
liquor, so I use the liquor.  But at my other job, we only have the schnapps, 
so I use that there.  There's not much of a difference in the taste, except 
the liquor is a BIT sweeter.  I don't think it matters either way, so I 
wouldn't worry about it.  :)
