Subject: Substituting one liqueur for another
From: Kent Garber

I've never compared a liqueur to a schnapps, but how much different would the
taste of this shooter be if you substituted butterscotch liqueur for the
butterscotch schnapps. In other words is a schnapps that much different than
a liqueur? And if it is than is it a bad idea to sustitute one for the other?

Carmel Apple

Ingredients:
3/4 oz Apple schnapps
3/4 oz Butterscotch schnapps
Mixing instructions:

Mix equal parts of freezer cold schnapps.
