Mojito( I guess this is what you mean) is together with Daiquiri, the most
popular cuban drink, it's very easy to make and you can prepare it at home
with no problem, all you need is :
2 oz light rum
1 lime
1/2 oz sugar syrup
few mint sprigs
Place sugar and mint in a large collins/highball glass, muddle gently ( you
don't need to crush mint, just enough to smell it), squeeze the lime and add
the juice, add rum, fill with cracked ice, top with soda water, stir well and
garnish with a mint sprig and a slice of lime.
of course there are also little variations you can try , like for instance
using granulated sugar or brown sugar instead of syrup, or substituting gold
rum for light, or adding extra sugar to taste.
This is the "Mojito", enjoy it.
cheers
