I couldn't find a recipe for a Winerita. There is a cocktail called: Indian
Summer.

Indian Summer
1 oz Wine (White)
1 oz Orange juice
Garnish: Orange slice
GLASS: Cocktail
DESCRIPTION: Pour the ingredients into an ice filled glass. Stir and garnish.
You could also experiment with an existing recipe for a Margarita. I wouldn't
be surprised if the original recipe for a Winerita used Triple Sec or Grande
Marnier.
Winerita
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Wine (red or white)
1/2 oz Orange flavoring (orange juice or orange zest)
1 oz Lemon juice or 1 oz lime or (1/2 oz lemon and 1/2 oz lime)
I wouldn't use salt, but you may want to try it. I would also try using
cinnamon on the stemmed-glass rim and garnish with an orange slice. You could
also use sugar on the rim. They have sugars with various colors. Or mix some
sugar with cinnamon.
Mixing instructions:
Rub rim of margarita glass with lemon juice, dip rim in cinnamon. Shake all
ingredients with ice, strain into the cinnamon-rimmed glass, and serve.

I modified a Frozen Margarita recipe.
Frozen Winerita
Ingredients:
2 tsp Cinnamon
3 oz wine
1 oz orange juice
2 oz Lemon juice
1 Lemon wedge

Mixing instructions:
Place cinnamon in a saucer. Rub rim of a cocktail glass with lemon wedge and
dip glass into cinnamon to coat rim thoroughly, reserve lemon. Pour wine,
orange juice, lemon juice, and crushed ice into a blender. Blend well at high
speed. Pour into a cocktail glass.
