Pina colada:
Makes about a gal.
take 1 lb shredded coconut add 1 qt heavy cream and heat on low heat until
mixture foams for 30 seconds. strain and save liquid.
peel and core a 2 lb pineapple, puree while adding 4 cups of water.Strain
and save liquid and 2 cups of puree.(if pineapple is not completely ripe you
may need to add some sugar)
add all ingredients plus l/5 light rum,and l can eagle brand sweetened
condenced milk to frozen drink machine(or use a hand cranked icecream maker)
and mix to desired thickness.
Margarita:
4 cans frozen concentrated limeaid,2 pints lime juice, l/5 tequilla.quater of
1/5 triple sec. enough water 1/2 cup sour mix. enough water to make a gal.
