I've listed below some various Hot Apple Pie recipes. Some are shots that are
cooked, and some are cocktails and shots that are not cooked. I've listed the
web sites, because they each have a list of many more drinks that you may like.

Hope this helps

Hot Apple Pie #2

http://www.webtender.com/db/drink/3185

Ingredients:
1/2 shot Bailey's irish cream
1/2 shot Goldschlager
1 dash Cinnamon (optional)
Mixing instructions:

Fill a shot glass half full with the Bailey's and the rest of the way with the
Goldschlager. Mix with toothpick. Then sprinkle a bit of cinnamon on the top
and light it with a match (it may take a couple of tries to get it to stay
lit). Let it burn for a few seconds and gently blow out the flame being
careful not to splash the drink out of the glass. Then, drink!

Creator/contributor's comments:
It will taste exactly like a hot apple pie. Mmmmm!
