If what your asking is to use Campari as a base liqueur. Like Tia Maria
(coffee liqueur) using a rum base and Kahlua (coffee liqueur) using a vodka
base. I don't know of any.
This webpage has many different liqueurs you can make.
you can possibly sustitute the campari for any of the liqueurs in the recipe.

CURACAO
This liqueur is similar to cointreau, but is red in colour.
4 oranges
1 cup liquid honey
3 cups bourbon (you could possibly substitute the bourbon with the Campari)
Remove the outer peel from the oranges without any of the white pith.Steep the
peel in the bourbon for 1 month, strain and add honey.Let stand until clear.

Request a recipe that uses Campari as a base liqueur. Tell them what fruits
you want. They may have some suggestions.
