I worked in 24 hou bar in New Orleans it was anything made in a blender.
I ask a patron in a bar in Ga.what it was and he said-any thing with an
umbrella.
I ask a bartender from Wisc.and it was anything for the teas and crumpet
crowd.

I worked in a four star resturant for a few years and the chef insisted on
fancy garnished drinks. There is a picture in mister boston of a crocidile that
i used to duplicate.Put umberllas on mi tais. Make little rabbitt heads or
birds out of fruits to sit on the rim as granish. When the drinks went to the
tabel the females would go ooh ahh isn't that pretty and all the guys would
just toss it (execptions being normal garnish for traditonal martini was a
olivestuffed with alomond.generealy didn't get commented on.And when it came
to second round the women usally wanted the garnish and men rarely if ever.
