Personally, I think a lot of people missed the point of this one. This is a
test given to bartending students who have NEVER bartended before. It is to
show them that you can know every drink there is, but if you can't make them
efficiently, then your gonna be in trouble when the heat is on.
To Jay Jackson: Maybe making 7 drinks in 12 mins would get you fired, but on
the same hand, would you hire a guy with no experience fresh out of bar
school? Doesn't sound like you would.
I find it interesting that no one really answered my initial question. And I
realize its riskey to post anything here without gettin some slack. As for
tips and phone numbers... I agree these are good tests too. A little hard to
test for at bar school though.
