do what Xkisses says but boost your shot to 2oz :) and to cut teh sour try 
symple bar syrup....that is what i used to cut the house lemonade i made at my 
place and it worked well, the lemonade i made (not frozen) was a big hit, a 
bit to stout though, oh well.
