One very cool effect I do sometimes, but it can be dangerous so you have to be 
extremely careful.  If you have a spill trough running around the bar, you can 
pour a very small amount of 151 around the premimeter and make a small blue 
wall of fire around the bar.

You'll want to make sure people stay away from it, which can be tough.  The 
other thing is depending on the size of flame it can be blown out, but you're 
better off having a pitcher of water handy.
