Cavendish Sour.
Created by George Sinclair.
50ml Gin,
12.5ml Creme de banane,
10ml Elderflower Cordial,
25ml Fresh Lemon Juice.
Whole egg white.
Shake with ice, and then dry shake.
Strain into a chilled coupette glass.
Garnish with grated lime, lemon, and orange zest.
