It's all about how you arrange the glassware in the carousel...gotta place the 
delicate glassware in the center and strong glassware securely around it. 
Sucks because not all glassware is used in this order.

Carousel washers are for low-volume bars. If you are high volume then I'm 
sorry and management should look into bumping it up a notch or two. This 
should be a good thing and a sign that business is picking up. Prove to them 
that you can keep business thriving to account for the new glass washing 
system. Managers only respond to NUMBERS.
