After following these pages for a while there is something that disturbs me:
People are discussing all the time about the perfect Martini and how they
should make a Bloody Mary and what goes into the perfect Cosmopolitan. What
interests me is, after all these variations of ingredients, when does a
Martini stop being a Martini? When does a Cosmopolitan become something else?
In essence how much do you have to change the ingredients before you give the
drink a new name???
