we have a new owner/bartender that has joined our team. And I must say along with a new team member comes "CHANGE" can I please get answers on how others comes up with the pricing of a shot or a new cocktail. our pour is (1 1/4). under pricing hurts the small bus. but over pricing is going to have our regulars go elsewhere.
