How are you doing the sambuca ... just pour it in a shot glass and light it?

If you have time and the lights are low enough you can make a cool fiery
waterfall

pour sambuca in a brandy snifter, lay the snifter sideways on top of a rocks
glass, light the liquor by heating the glass then inserting the flame (be
careful when it ignites it naturally goes out the opening toward your hand).
sppin the snifter a little bit to get the flame going good.

starting close to the rocks glass, holding the snifter by the base, and
pouring slowly, pour the sambuca into the rocks glass.

if you do it slow enough the stream into the glass will stay lit and you can
gradually raise the snifter to a greater height to create a long stream of
fire.

when you have emptied the snifter place it upside down over the rocks glass to
snuff out the fire.

Once you becoem comfortable with one try doing one in each hand for a twin
firefall.
