What kind of requirements would I need to be a bar manager in general? I've
got training on stock counting & ordering, ABCQ, free pouring, essentially I'm
head bartender at my job, and I know I only have about a year and a half worth
of experience, but I'm just curious what else goes with it? I'm also teaching
myself bar flair (I don't think it's the greatest, but it's more the the
appeal and the wow factor you get from customers.) Any tips?
