Subject: Starting out
From: Vencint

I have no experience with bartending at all, but I've always found the thought
of tending bar and mixing drinks very lucrative. I have so many questions
like: Where do I start?(I have a full time job and can't dedicate the time
into apprenticing or barbacking) What recipes should I start out with
learning how to mix?(I have very limited mixing experience), What brand
liquors are good for mixing vice straight?(I've heard that for example you
wouldn't normally use patron for mixing due to its price and quality) Any
information/advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

How do I pour? What is 'cl', 'oz' and 'pt'? How should I handle glassware?.
