Subject: How can I fight a call back?
From: Dre Antoine

Hi all, I am in Austin, TX I just got off a slow Wednesday night with $45.
Then my GM tells me I owe $64 for a call back made from a transaction on May
11th...yeah all the way back on May 11th. I basically made -$19 tonight.
I think it is ridiculous that these things go on with bars with people and
their tabs, etc. Does anyone know of any way shape or form that we bartenders
can stop losing money in these situations? We can not even add any gratuity on
walked tabs anymore...talk about a shame if a $100+ tabs walks on you and you
have to put $0 for the tip. Any one know of any laws or people to talk to
about situations like these? Thank you for your time friends.

How do I pour? What is 'cl', 'oz' and 'pt'? How should I handle glassware?.
