Not extremely imaginative, but I call this the Mocha Shot.
1/2 oz Gianduia chocolate grappa
with 1/2 oz Coffee liqueur layered on top of it (standard back-of-a-spoon
method).
If you can't find chocolate grappa, you'd need to mix something up that's
creamy chocolate alcool. Maybe 1/4 oz half-and-half with 1/4 oz Crème de
Cacao, but try at your own peril.
It's decadent, creamy and sweet, definitely a dessert shot. Tastes great when
taken with ice cream.
