I learned that at my bar it pisses off some people royally, another bartender
was closing early and I of course heard the gossip from the patrons. So I
stay open until posted closing time. Also, the customers notice when you
begin your closing duties and begin to feel rushed, so I as a practice don't
do much of that either. It sucks but, keeping the customers happy is why I am
there. I work in a Moose Lodge so things work a bit different in that setting.
