So, I don't like raw egg white. Pisco Sours are great unless you have one in Peru and the egg white is tainted. So, after I regained my regularity and returned stateside, I tried this, using Pisco Regular, whatever your favorite brand.. 1.5 oz Pisco Regular 1 half can strained coconut water 1 teaspoon brown sugar (real brown sugar, not tinted white) 1/4 shot glass lime juice Electric stir til dark yellow. 1 ice cube Enjoy
